This warranty does not cover any damage caused by:

Mishandling or physical damage
Use of non-compatible cartridges or accessories
Failure to follow usage and installation instructions
The warranty will be considered void if any repair or replacement is carried out by an unauthorized person, or without prior approval from us during the warranty period.
Warranty covers issues such as:
Leakage
Improper or defective threading of the filter (only if caused by manufacturing defects)
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, depending on the nature and extent of the defect.
