SHIPPING COVERAGE
PADMA DROP currently offers shipping services across India only. We do not provide international shipping at this time. All deliveries are fulfilled through trusted and reputed logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of products.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders are processed only on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once an order is successfully placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. After the order is dispatched, shipping confirmation along with tracking details will be shared.
In case of high demand, operational delays, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take longer. Customers will be informed accordingly in such cases.
SHIPPING TIME AND DELIVERY
The estimated delivery time is typically between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and serviceability.
Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
- Weather conditions or natural disruptions
- Logistics partner delays
- Government restrictions or regional regulations

SHIPPING CHARGES

Any additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) handling fees, if applicable, will also be shown at checkout before order confirmation.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Delivery may fail due to the following reasons:

- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the order
In such cases, the shipment may be returned to our facility.
RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)
If an order is returned to origin due to failed delivery attempts or refusal by the customer, the associated logistics cost will be borne by the company.
However, repeated cases of delivery failure or refusal may lead to restrictions on future orders, including disabling of Cash on Delivery (COD) services for the customer.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS
If a customer receives a product that is damaged, defective, or tampered with during transit, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Unboxing video as proof
Upon verification, PADMA DROP will arrange for a replacement or refund as per the applicable policy.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing the order.
PADMA DROP shall not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
