RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, labels, and invoices
- The product must not show any signs of use, installation, or damage caused after delivery
PADMA DROP reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following categories of products are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed water filter cartridges
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized installation
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
REPLACEMENT POLICY
Customers may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or physically defective
- Incorrect product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
To initiate a replacement request, customers must provide valid proof such as clear product images and/or an unboxing video.
Upon verification and approval, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days and will be credited through:
- The original payment method used during purchase, or
- Bank transfer (NEFT), where applicable
Shipping charges and COD fees, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders, eligible refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per the refund timeline mentioned above.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or replacement request, customers must contact our support team with the following details:

- Reason for return or replacement
- Supporting images or video proof
After reviewing the request, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
